Submitting an Application

Submitting an application for ThrottleUp! is easy.

1. Register on this site by clicking Register
2. Once you have registered for ThrottleUp 2011 on this website, you must prepare a 2 to 3 page executive summary.  For an outline and tips on writing an executive summary, follow this link: Executive Summary Download  This outline is a suggestion.  You should feel free to exercise your creativity in the look and feel of the document.  Please limit your executive summaries to no more than 3 pages.
3. Please email your executive summary in MS Word or PDF to Shawn Carson at carson@tech2020.org
